ACM does not sell, rent or exchange the email addresses of its members and customers. If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to receive any of the emails described above, you may do so by using the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. Some parts of the CMA website, particularly the CMA Digital Library, require an ACM web account for members and visitors. To create an account, ACM members and customers must provide their name, membership number (if applicable) and email address. They will be assigned a “username” (which they can change) and will be asked to create a password and provide the day and month of their birth (for account verification purposes). We share the personal information described above with service providers (including, for example, affiliates, technology providers, referral partners, data hosting services, email and other communication providers and marketing agencies) who provide services to you and us, including assistance in sending offers of our products and services, E-mail management, ACM service maintenance and analysis, and ACM service improvement. We may also share personal information with service providers who provide us with fraud detection and security services that help us keep the ACM Service secure.

We require service providers to only use personal data for the purposes set out in our agreements. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from Atlantic Coast Mortgage, you may unsubscribe by contacting us using the contact information set out under “Contact Us” below, by using the unsubscribe feature in one of our emails, or by logging into your account and changing your preferences if you are an account holder. If you unsubscribe, you may continue to receive administrative messages, satisfaction surveys, and communications necessary to provide them to you. ACM only collects personal data that is relevant to its business and strives to ensure that personal data is accurate and up-to-date.
