In 2005, Ms. Baron moved to Miami, Florida, and had the honor of joining her father`s business; Law firm Richard Baron & Associates. Jerry Breslin graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1975 with a bachelor`s degree in economics. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1978. He then worked as an assistant public defender in Miami-Dade County, Florida, where he tried more than 80 criminal cases before jurors. Since leaving the Office of public defense attorney in 1982, he has focused his work on civil and criminal proceedings before state and federal courts across the country, as well as commercial and corporate litigation and commercial transactions.
