The volume of bait on a hunting ground should not exceed two gallons. The distribution of bait must extend over an area of at least 10 feet x 10 feet. The bait should be dispersed directly on the ground. It can be dispersed by any means, including the mechanical spin casting loader, provided that the spin cast loader does not distribute more than the maximum allowed volume. You can use a Universal License for Antlerless Deer or a valid Deer Management Support Permit for this package. A deer permit or deer combo permit can also be used to take only antlerless deer. A deer slaughter mark issued under the Supervised Youth Permit must be used to harvest a deer without antlers during the antlerless seasons. The Hunter Security Certificate can be obtained by taking a face-to-face or online course. At the end of the classroom or online courses, a day field course is required for hunters to prove their knowledge. At the end of both parts of the course, the hunter will receive his hunter safety certificate. Starting this year, deer hunters must declare their harvest within 72 hours and before transferring ownership of the deer.
