Well, maybe that`s the difference that should have been written as the first difference between husband and wife`s legal team and other law firms. At first glance, “The Husband & Wife Law Team” seems to have no value to our clients. We mean that at the end of the day, if it is not done well, it is nothing more than two lawyers working together. However, our customers have learned that it is much more than that. The reality is that this job is not just a job. This company is not just a business. It is the family business in every respect. Helping people after tragedies, helping them recover when they are in need, is not just something we do when we strike a clock from 9:00 to 5:00. We built our practice with great pride that as a family – as a team – we would gain the knowledge and experience to help our clients overcome the obstacles they face legally. We`ve worked together and we`ve worked exceptionally well and we`ve worked exceptionally hard to make sure our practice isn`t just another assault practice. Our customers need to be able to trust that if we give them good news, it`s good news, and the way they can know is that if there`s bad news, we`re giving them the bad news. There is almost always someone on the other side who goes out of his way to create problems and try to minimize the claim for damages in every way possible. Not sharing this with our customers is a disservice. We will not be part of it. It often happens that our customers need to filter out what we think is best legally by finding the best for them personally. Not every case is the same and not all customers are the same. So trying to tell a client what to do without giving them the information why you think it doesn`t allow the client to ask the questions they need to ask to make the best decision for themselves.
